• Communicate directly with homeowners and commercial clients on-site to explain the process and ensure total satisfaction.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Technical Skill: Ability to read blueprints, understand soil mechanics, and operate heavy machinery/specialized pump systems.
• Logistics: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple moving parts in a fast-paced environment.
• Communication: Professional demeanor with the ability to report clearly to management and consult effectively with customers.
• Physical Ability: Must be able to lift 50+ lbs, work in various weather conditions, and navigate crawlspaces or tight job sites when necessary.

Why Join Rhinolift?

• Growth Potential: Develop installers to take over as lead technician so you can assume the polyurethane division manager role.
• Impact: You won't just be another employee; you will be a key decision-maker helping shape the efficiency and quality of our entire production department.
• Stability: Competitive salary, performance bonuses, and the pride of working with a high growth company in the foundation repair industry.
