Job Description: Polyurethane Injection Technician / Concrete Leveling Technician

Position Summary

Performs polyurethane foam injection and related concrete/foundation stabilization work to lift, level, stabilize, and repair settled or damaged slabs, foundations, and soils. Responsible for operating specialized injection equipment, evaluating field conditions, executing repairs in accordance with company standards, and maintaining professional customer interactions on residential and commercial job sites. MUST HAVE VALID DRIVERS LICENSE

Reports To: Production Manager

Pay: $19.00- $22.00 Hourly

Location: Durham NC and surrounding area

Schedule: 8:00 am - 5:00am

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Perform polyurethane foam injections for slab lifting, leveling, void filling, and soil stabilization
• Drill injection ports/holes and prepare work areas for treatment
• Evaluate jobsite conditions and identify proper injection points/methods within approved project scope
• Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot polyurethane pumping/injection equipment
• Monitor lift progression and make field adjustments during injection process
• Patch drill holes and restore work areas upon completion
• Communicate job progress, concerns, and field conditions to management
• Interact professionally with customers/homeowners onsite
• Maintain company vehicles, tools, and specialized equipment
• Follow all company safety procedures and PPE requirements

Required Qualifications

• Prior polyurethane foam injection / concrete lifting / foundation repair experience
• Experience with slab stabilization, void fill, or deep injection methods
• Ability to interpret site conditions and troubleshoot field issues
• Strong mechanical aptitude and equipment troubleshooting ability
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record
• Some travel (overnights) and Saturday work may be requested.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift 50+ lbs.
• Work safely outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Must have physical strength, balance, hand-eye coordination, and stamina necessary to complete jobs in various areas.
• Must be able to stand and walk up to eight hours per day and climb multiple sets of stairs while carrying materials weighing between 40 and 60 pounds.

Additional Notes

• This position may work independently or as lead technician over helper(s), depending on experience and assignment.
• Field decisions outside approved scope require escalation to supervisor/management.
