What they need
- Monitor the swimming pool and surrounding areas to help ensure the safety of residents, guests, and visitors.
- Ensure that pool rules and regulations are properly observed.
- Maintain the cleanliness and orderliness of the pool area, including pool decks, chairs, tables, and other facilities.
- Perform basic pool cleaning and maintenance duties as assigned.
- Check and report any damaged equipment, safety hazards, or maintenance concerns to the immediate supervisor.
- Ensure that pool equipment and cleaning materials are properly stored after use.
- Assist residents and guests with basic inquiries regarding pool schedules and rules.
- Monitor unauthorized persons or improper activities within the pool area.
- Immediately report accidents, incidents, emergencies, or violations to the appropriate supervisor.
- Follow all company policies, safety procedures, and instructions from management.
- Perform other related duties that may be assigned from time to time.
