Council is seeking multiple Pool Attendants to join our team at the new Aquatic Centre!

Purpose:

A Pool Attendant is a non‑lifeguard operational support role focused on supervision assistance, patron engagement, cleanliness, basic safety support, and customer service — without performing any duties that require a qualified Pool Lifeguard. Staff in this role contribute directly to the smooth operation of the Centre and play an important part in creating a positive environment for families, swimmers, and visitors.

Mandatory and Highly Desirable Qualifications and Licences:

To be successful you will need to demonstrate that you meet the below mandatory requirements for the role:

• Current C (Car) Class Driver Licence
• CPR Certification (current) (desirable)
• First Aid (desirable)
• Experience in customer service, hospitality, or retail (desirable)
