Pool Attendant (DW)

Job Summary

Ensure the safety, cleanliness, and comfort of guests in pool and attraction areas while providing excellent customer service

Job Responsibilities:

• Monitor guest safety in assigned areas
• Assist guests with pool facilities and attractions
• Maintain cleanliness of pools and surrounding areas
• Set up and organize pool equipment
• Respond promptly to guest requests and incidents
• Follow all operational and safety procedures

Requirements:

• Minimum Senior High School (SMA/SMK) graduate.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills in both Indonesian and English.
• Able to work outdoors.
• Customer-oriented and responsible.
• Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
• Lifeguard certification is an advantage
