รายละเอียด

Responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming pool area while providing friendly and efficient service to guests.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and maintain the pool area, sunbeds, towels, and umbrellas.
• Assist guests with towels, seating, and general requests.
• Keep the pool area clean, tidy, and well organized.
  Monitor the pool area and report any safety concerns.
• Collect used towels and replenish clean towels.
• Support the F&B and Recreation teams when required.
• Follow hotel safety, hygiene, and service standards.

Qualifications:

• Service-minded, friendly, and responsible.
• Able to work outdoors and perform physical tasks.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Able to work flexible shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
• Previous hotel or pool service experience is an advantage.
