Pool Attendant ( Temporary)

About the role

Pool Attendant role responsible for maintaining pool cleanliness and guest service during pool operations at a hotel facility.

Key responsibilities

• Check cleanliness of pool surrounding area
• Pick up trash around the pool
• Ensure sunbeds and side tables are clean and nicely set up
• Ensure garbage bins are empty with no trash aside
• Report to Restaurant Manager equipment which are not in good condition (floor wooden panels, sun beds, umbrellas, side tables, stickers, etc.)
• Greet and farewell guests with a smile and positive body language
• Bring menu if requested
• Deliver food and beverage to guests
• Bring bill to guests
• Report to Restaurant Manager if guests do not comply with hotel rules

About you

• Ensure that there is no kids in the adult pool
• Be active and walk aside the pools with open eyes
• Be attentive to guests and take their order when requested
• Clear food and beverage remaining once guests leave the pools area
• Do not play with kids
• Do not use your phone during working hours
• Do not interact with guests if not necessary
• Do not engage in chit chat with colleagues
• Do not stand by at Stay Green Cafe
