Pool Builder

Build Pools. Keep 80%. We Bring the Jobs.

We're building out a network of pool contractors in Jacksonville, Florida, and we're looking for builders who would rather build than chase leads.

The model is simple:

We generate the homeowner opportunities.
You handle the pool.
You keep 80% of the contract value.

If you're already good at building pools, this gives you a way to spend less time worrying about where the next project is coming from and more time actually building.

THE MODEL

A homeowner wants a pool.

We handle the front end:

Marketing → Lead → Homeowner → Appointment → Project

Once the opportunity reaches you, you take over the construction side.

You will:

• Speak with the homeowner
• Visit the property
• Take measurements
• Evaluate the site
• Design/estimate the project
• Coordinate your crew and subcontractors
• Handle materials and construction
• Complete the pool

We handle the marketing and the systems behind generating the opportunities.

THE NUMBERS

Our pool projects can be substantial.

A $100,000 project would look like:

$100,000 Total Contract
$80,000 → Builder
$20,000 → Our Company

Your 80% is yours to use for labor, materials, subcontractors, equipment, overhead, and profit.

The better you are at managing your construction costs, the more room you have for profit.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

This isn't really a job for someone who is learning how to build pools.

We're looking for the person who can look at a backyard and immediately start thinking:

How would I build this?

You should already have experience with pool construction and be capable of independently managing a project.

Ideally, you have:

• Several years of pool-building experience
• Your own crew or established subcontractor relationships
• Experience estimating pool projects
• The ability to communicate directly with homeowners
• Reliable transportation and equipment
• Capacity to take on additional projects
• Strong attention to detail and follow-through

WHY THIS MODEL?

Most contractors have the opposite problem.

They know how to build.

They don't necessarily want to spend their week:

• Running ads
• Buying leads
• Answering marketing calls
• Building websites
• Following up with hundreds of homeowners
• Trying to figure out where their next project will come from

That's the part we're building.

Your job is to build great pools. Our job is to create opportunities for you to build them.

ONE IMPORTANT THING

We care about communication.

When we send you a homeowner, we expect you to actually follow up, show up, communicate clearly, and treat the homeowner professionally.

If you can consistently take opportunities and turn them into completed projects, there is significant room to grow the number of jobs you receive.

We're looking for long-term contractor relationships, not someone who wants to build one pool and disappear.
