HN Construction & Remodeling is establishing a network of pool construction partners in the Jacksonville market. We are looking for knowledgeable pool builders who can evaluate residential properties, develop project estimates, work with homeowners on design options, and oversee the construction process.

Our approach is straightforward: we focus on bringing potential customers into the pipeline, while our construction partners provide the expertise and operational capability needed to turn those opportunities into completed projects.

Your Role in the Partnership

You will be responsible for evaluating opportunities and determining how each project can be executed successfully. Your responsibilities may include:

• Property evaluations: Visit prospective job sites, assess access and ground conditions, and identify potential construction challenges.
• Estimating and budgeting: Calculate anticipated material, labor, equipment, and subcontractor expenses to establish realistic project costs.
• Design consultation: Help homeowners explore pool dimensions, shapes, finishes, features, and other project specifications.
• Technical planning: Identify the equipment, labor, materials, and construction stages required to complete each job.
• Customer communication: Discuss technical questions, clarify project requirements, and provide timely updates during the preconstruction process.
• Construction management: Organize crews, coordinate trades, maintain schedules, and oversee workmanship for projects you agree to undertake.
• Project completion: Coordinate inspections, address outstanding work, and ensure the finished installation meets the agreed scope and applicable requirements.

Our team will support the sales and administrative workflow, including lead generation and proposal preparation. You will contribute the construction knowledge necessary to evaluate each opportunity and deliver the work.

Here is how the process works:

• We generate inquiries from homeowners interested in installing a swimming pool.
• We connect suitable opportunities with our construction partners.
• You evaluate the property, discuss the technical requirements, and provide the necessary cost information.
• Our team coordinates the proposal and sales process with your input.
• Once the homeowner approves the project and the commercial terms are finalized, you undertake the agreed construction responsibilities.

You can focus on opportunities that fit your expertise and available capacity rather than committing to a fixed volume of work. Additional projects may be available as our Jacksonville pipeline develops.

Compensation & Work Structure

This is a project-based independent contractor opportunity, not a traditional hourly or salaried job.

Compensation and payment milestones will be agreed upon for each project before work begins. The arrangement is intended for professionals who understand pool construction costs, can plan projects responsibly, and can manage the resources necessary to complete their work.

Actual earnings depend on the projects accepted, agreed compensation, project expenses, and available workload. There is no guaranteed number of projects or minimum income.

The Experience We Are Looking For

We are interested in professionals who understand the practical realities of residential pool construction and can confidently evaluate whether a project is feasible.

Ideal candidates will have:

• Previous hands-on experience building or managing residential swimming pools.
• The ability to estimate project costs and identify potential budget issues.
• Familiarity with excavation, pool installation methods, plumbing, equipment, and construction sequencing.
• Experience coordinating employees, subcontractors, or an established building crew.
• The ability to communicate clearly with homeowners and explain technical considerations.
• A dependable approach to scheduling, workmanship, and project accountability.
• Knowledge of local permitting, inspections, and Florida construction requirements.

Established pool companies and independent operators are both encouraged to apply. Applicants must possess the applicable licenses, insurance, and qualifications required for the work they perform.

Pay: $120,000.00 - $360,000.00 per year
