Pool Canvasser

Job Summary

Hollowmere Waterscapes is looking for an outgoing, motivated canvasser to help us find homeowners who need pool repairs, resurfacing, renovations, equipment upgrades, and other pool work.

Basically: we need someone who isn’t afraid of doorbells.

You’ll be walking neighborhoods, talking with homeowners, identifying people who may need pool work, and setting qualified appointments for our team.

You do not need to know everything about pools. We’ll teach you what to look for, what services we offer, and how to start the conversation without sounding like someone trying to sell extended car warranties.

This is a 100% commission-based position. There is no hourly wage or guaranteed income. The more quality appointments and business you generate, the more money you can make.

Compensation

You’ll earn:

• $50 for every qualified appointment that is completed
• 5% commission on collected revenue from jobs that close from your leads
• Uncapped commission — there is no earnings ceiling

Example: You set an appointment, we meet with the homeowner, and the job closes for $10,000. That’s $500 commission, plus the $50 appointment payment = $550 from that customer.

Generate a few good jobs in a week and the numbers start getting interesting pretty quickly.

A qualified appointment means an actual homeowner with a pool who is genuinely interested in one of our services and completes the scheduled estimate. Your cousin agreeing to let us look at his inflatable pool does not count.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Knock doors in assigned neighborhoods
• Talk with homeowners about their pools
• Identify potential repairs, resurfacing, equipment upgrades, or renovation opportunities
• Collect accurate customer contact information
• Schedule qualified estimates with our team
• Keep track of the leads you generate
• Follow up with interested homeowners when needed
• Represent Hollowmere Waterscapes professionally
• Stay motivated even when somebody pretends they didn’t hear the doorbell

Who We’re Looking For

You do not need years of sales experience.

We care more about personality, effort, reliability, and whether you’re comfortable talking to strangers.

This could be a great fit if you are confident, personable, competitive, self-motivated, comfortable walking outdoors, have reliable transportation, and want your income to be based on performance instead of watching a clock.

Previous canvassing, roofing, solar, pest control, home improvement, automotive, landscaping, or other door-to-door sales experience is a plus — but it is not required.

Pay: $700.00 - $2,500.00 per week
