In this energetic role, you will be responsible for ensuring pools are clean, well-maintained, and functioning optimally. Duties

• Perform routine cleaning and maintenance of swimming pools, including skimming debris, brushing surfaces, and vacuuming pools to ensure clarity and hygiene.
• Inspect and troubleshoot pool equipment such as pumps, filters, heaters, and chlorinators to identify issues and perform repairs or maintenance as needed.
• Handle water treatment chemicals safely and accurately to balance pool chemistry, ensuring safe swimming conditions.
• Maintain and repair pool plumbing systems, including pipes, valves, and fittings, to prevent leaks or malfunctions.
• Operate company vehicles responsibly to transport equipment and supplies to various job sites.
• Conduct outdoor work in various weather conditions while adhering to safety protocols.
• Document completed work, chemical levels, equipment status, and any repairs performed for record-keeping purposes.

Experience

• Prior experience with pool maintenance or aquatic facility operations is highly preferred But we will train…
• Knowledge of pool plumbing systems, mechanical components, and water treatment chemicals is essential.
• Hands-on experience with pool cleaning tools such as hand tools and power tools is a plus.
• Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot equipment issues efficiently.
• Customer service skills to communicate effectively with clients about pool conditions and maintenance needs.
• Outdoor work experience demonstrating reliability in physically demanding environments.
• Familiarity with water treatment chemical handling and pool chemistry balancing techniques is advantageous.

Pay: $16.00 - $32.00 per hour
