Job Description: Pool Cleaning Technician Helper (Part-Time)

We are seeking a solution-oriented, customer-focused Pool Cleaning Technician Helper to join our team. This role is responsible for delivering high-quality, on-site pool cleaning and maintenance services to our valued customers.

You’ll be trained in our proven methods for maintaining pools, handling chemicals safely, and operating basic pool equipment. If you enjoy working outdoors—even in extreme heat, cold, rain, or sun—and take pride in a job well done, this might be the perfect fit.

Key Responsibilities

• Clean and service residential and commercial pools thoroughly and consistently.
• Safely handle and apply pool chemicals per training protocols.
• Complete all service documentation using company systems and apps.
• Report any repairs or pool issues to the office promptly.
• Maintain a clean and organized work vehicle and job site.
• Communicate clearly and respectfully with both customers and coworkers.

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Pass background check and drug screening.
• Able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Available for occasional Saturday.

Schedule

• 10-hour shifts
• Monday–Friday (Saturdays as needed)
• Overtime may be required

Compensation & Benefits

• Hourly Pay during Training Period
• Weekly Pay (One-Week Delay)

Example: Work this week, get paid next Friday.

• Company Truck provided for all route work.
• No pool experience required — full paid training provided!
