Apex Pool Construction is looking for experienced, licensed and insured Pool Construction Contractors to partner with us throughout the Phoenix metro area.

If you're looking to grow your business with a steady stream of qualified homeowner appointments, we'd like to speak with you.

Compensation

• $10,000 to $40,000+ per month
• Contractors receive 85% of every completed project (85/15 revenue split)
• 2 to 3 qualified homeowner appointments per day
• Typical project values of $40,000 to $250,000
• Successful contractors commonly complete $450,000 to $600,000 in projects each month

Responsibilities

• Meet with homeowners
• Design pools with homeowners
• Prepare estimates using our estimating software
• Follow up and close projects
• Build and manage your own subcontractor team
• Manage construction from start to finish

Requirements

• Active, licensed and insured Arizona contractor
• Minimum 5 years of swimming pool construction experience
• Strong sales and customer communication skills

Schedule: Monday through Sunday
