Job Overview

BlackStone Pools is hiring a dependable crew member to assist with swimming pool remodeling. This is a hands-on labor position helping our crew with demolition, surface preparation, pool plumbing, material handling, and job site cleanup.

Experience is a plus, but character, reliability, and a willingness to learn matter most. We’re willing to train the right person.

Responsibilities

• Assist with demolition and removal of existing pool finishes, tile, coping, and concrete decking.
• Help prepare pools and work areas for remodeling.
• Load, unload, and move tools, materials, and debris.
• Assist skilled crew members with pool plastering, tile, coping, and concrete work.
• Assist with pool plumbing, including digging trenches, preparing pipe, and installing piping and fittings under supervision.
• Use hand tools and power tools as instructed.
• Keep tools organized and job sites clean throughout the day.
• Protect customers’ property and leave work areas clean.
• Follow instructions and safe work practices.

Qualifications

• Dependable, punctual, and ready to work.
• Willing to learn and take direction.
• Able to perform physical tasks, including lifting, carrying, bending, and standing for extended periods.
• Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Respectful toward coworkers, customers, and their property.
• Previous construction, pool remodeling, or plumbing experience is helpful but not required.

Pay: $22.00 - $34.00 per hour
