Poseidon Aquatic Solutions is looking for a proven pool construction leader who can run jobs from excavation through plaster, keep crews productive, solve problems in the field, and deliver a high-quality finished product.

We specialize in custom concrete (gunite/shotcrete) swimming pools and splash pads

Serving Monmouth, Ocean, Middlesex, and surrounding New Jersey counties.

Qualifications

• Swimming pool construction experience is required
• Bilingual (English & Spanish) required
• Ability to manage and lead field crews and work aside them
• Strong knowledge of pool construction, plumbing, electrical, steel, gunite, tile, coping, plaster, and equipment installation
• Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Valid driver's license
• Assign work and keeps jobs moving efficiently
• Comfortable working outdoors in all weather
• Strong mechanical aptitude
• Able to operate power tools safely
• Take ownership of quality, safety and customer satisfaction

Responsibilities

• Oversee swimming pool construction projects from start to finish
• Manage field crews and subcontractors
• Ensure projects are completed safely, accurately, on schedule, and within budget
• Coordinate inspections, deliveries, and daily job activities
• Maintain quality control and company standards
• Communicate progress with the office and clients
• Solve field issues and keep projects moving efficiently
• Inspect workmanship throughout the day
• Solves problems without waiting for owner
• Keeps trucks organized and ensure jobs are prepared
• Communicate professionally with homeowners
• Take ownership of quality, safety, and customer satisfaction
