About the Opportunity

HN Construction & Remodeling is expanding its swimming pool construction operations in Jacksonville, Florida, and is looking for an experienced pool construction professional to join our contractor network.

We generate homeowner inquiries through our marketing systems and connect qualified professionals with potential projects. We handle lead generation, client management, and proposal preparation, while our construction partners bring their technical expertise to estimating, designing, and delivering quality pool projects.

This opportunity is ideal for an established pool builder or experienced pool construction professional who wants access to additional projects without having to manage their own advertising and lead-generation campaigns.

What You’ll Do

• Respond to assigned homeowner inquiries and coordinate property visits.
• Evaluate properties and determine project feasibility, including access, layout, and site conditions.
• Develop pool concepts and assist homeowners with selecting designs, features, and finishes.
• Prepare accurate construction estimates covering materials, labor, equipment, and other project expenses.
• Communicate project specifications, pricing recommendations, and construction requirements to our team.
• Coordinate with homeowners throughout the sales and preconstruction process.
• Manage construction execution, scheduling, subcontractors, and quality control for projects you accept.
• Ensure work complies with applicable local building codes, permitting requirements, and safety standards.

• We provide the leads: Homeowner inquiries are generated through our marketing campaigns.
• You handle the technical work: Site assessments, estimating, pool design coordination, and construction planning.
• We support the sales process: Our team assists with proposals and client management.
• You build the projects: Once a project is approved and the scope, pricing, responsibilities, and payment terms are agreed upon, you handle the construction work assigned to you.
• You earn through completed projects: Compensation is based on the agreed project terms, with the opportunity to take on additional work as capacity allows.

This is a contractor partnership, not a salaried position. Project availability and earnings depend on lead volume, customer conversions, project economics, and your capacity.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in residential swimming pool construction.
• Ability to estimate labor and material costs accurately.
• Familiarity with pool layouts, equipment, construction methods, and project scheduling.
• Comfortable visiting properties and communicating directly with homeowners.
• Ability to coordinate a construction crew or subcontractors, or an established team capable of completing projects.
• Strong communication, reliability, and attention to detail.
• Knowledge of Jacksonville-area permitting requirements and applicable Florida construction regulations is preferred.
• Appropriate licensing, insurance, and qualifications for the work undertaken are required.
