Pool Engineer

About the Role

Al Sayyar Technical Service LLC (STS), a leading MEP, Infrastructure & Landscape Contractor in Dubai, is looking for an experienced Swimming Pool Engineer (Civil) to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in the design, execution, and project management of swimming pools, water features, and landscape-related civil works, with the ability to independently manage projects from concept through final handover.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and review swimming pool and water feature layouts, construction details, and shop drawings.
• Manage the complete execution of swimming pool projects, including excavation, RCC works, waterproofing, tiling, finishing, and testing.
• Coordinate with MEP, structural, architectural, and landscape teams throughout the project lifecycle.
• Prepare BOQs, material specifications, technical submittals, and method statements.
• Plan manpower, materials, equipment, and project schedules.
• Supervise subcontractors and site teams to ensure quality, safety, and timely project completion.
• Attend client, consultant, and site coordination meetings.
• Resolve technical and construction-related issues.
• Ensure compliance with Dubai Municipality regulations, project specifications, and HSE standards.
• Support project testing, commissioning, snag rectification, and final handover.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.
• 5-6 years of experience in swimming pool construction and execution.
• Strong experience in both design and site execution of swimming pools and water features.
• UAE/GCC project experience is highly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of RCC works, waterproofing, pool finishes, filtration systems, and plant room coordination.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office. Knowledge of Revit and MS Project is an advantage.
• Excellent communication, planning, and leadership skills.
• Valid UAE Driving License (Mandatory).
