POOL MAINTENACE

·       Maintains pool chemistry and circulation at proper levels;

·       Responsible for pool maintenance and operation;

·       Check pumps and motors;

·       Inspects and maintains chemical feed system; pool fittings, hardware; pool covers;

·       Handles all pool chemical safely;

·       Coordinates the maintenance, renovation, construction and inspection of village swimming pools;

·       Works closely with staff from Admin and Maintenance;

·       Establishes and coordinates an annual preventative maintenance program for the village pool facilities;

·       Provides initial response to calls for service from pool staff, assesses maintenance needs, and takes corrective action or routes a work order to appropriate maintenance team;

·       Participates in the development of the operating and capital improvement budgets and estimates material and labor cost figures for pool operation, construction and maintenance;

·       Order supplies, conducts inventories and maintains purchase records;

·       Maintains buildings to include general janitorial responsibilities for showers and locker rooms;

·       Maintains grounds to include general maintenance, trash pickup, trellis maintenance, and power washing of buildings as necessary;

·       Keeps accurate records of each maintenance repair activity;

·       Perform other duties assigned.
