The Role

Cerv Property Solutions delivers unified, tech-enabled property care with one standard of white-glove excellence across residential and commercial properties. We simplify property ownership and management by combining expert execution, proactive service, and polished professionals under one roof.

We are hiring a Pool Maintenance Technician, Austin to deliver on our white-glove operational excellence for our pool care customers. We are looking for individuals with residential and commercial pool experience, preferably CPO or an individual willing to obtain a CPO.

You will act as a courageous leader, empowered to challenge the status quo and contribute to a team that brings a new level of integrity and customer-centricity to the property care industry. You will report directly to the Production Manager for Pool Operations.

What You’ll Build & Own

• The “One-Cerv” Mentality: You are more than a pool expert, you are a brand ambassador for the entire Cerv Property Solutions platform. You will champion a “one-team” culture, proactively identifying opportunities to support the Cerv vision, ensuring standards are consistently met, regardless of the task.
• Route Production: You own the execution of your designated route, maintaining a high standard of service and efficiency to drive your production-based earnings.

What Success Looks Like

• Customer Commitment: Clients view Cerv as a trusted partner, demonstrated by achieving the Customer Retention goal.
• Upsell & Growth: Revenue penetration goals are consistently met, generating a defined quota of upsell services per quarter.
• Process Compliance: All operational processes are strictly followed, resulting in compliant commercial pool service.

What We’re Looking For

Required Competencies & Experience

• Pool service experience
• CPO license or willingness to obtain
• Ownership & Urgency: Demonstrated A-player mindset with a deep-seated sense of personal ownership for all outcomes, intolerance of mediocrity, and a proactive approach to challenges.
• The High-output Player: You thrive in the field and hunger to maximize your earnings through efficient services and proactive upsells.
• Proactive Communication: Natural ability to anticipate needs, proactively surface potential issues, and identify opportunities for value-adds/upsells before being prompted.
• Resilience & Adaptability: Ability to maintain composure and pivot quickly in response to changing business needs or operational crises.
• Strong technical knowledge of the nuances between different solutions, equipment, and miscellaneous pool needs.

Preferred

• Residential and Commercial pool experience
• CPO
