Pool Maintenance Technician

What You'll Do

• Service and maintain a weekly route of residential swimming pools
• Clean, vacuum, skim, and brush pools
• Test and balance water chemistry
• Maintain pumps, filters, salt systems, and chlorine generators
• Perform minor repairs and identify equipment issues
• Maintain truck inventory and equipment
• Provide professional, friendly service to homeowners
• Follow all safety and driving procedures

What We're Looking For

• Dependable, honest, and hardworking
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Detail-oriented with good time-management and problem-solving skills
• Comfortable working independently and outdoors
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Reliable transportation and cell phone
• Legally authorized to work in the U.S.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
• CPO certification is a plus, but not required

Physical Requirements

Ability to lift up to 100 lbs. and regularly kneel, squat, crawl, reach, stand, and work outdoors for extended periods.
