About the role

We're looking for a motivated and reliable person to join our pool maintenance team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone starting out in the workforce, including a school leaver, who wants to learn, work outdoors and build a long-term career in the pool industry. No previous pool experience is required. You'll receive full, hands-on training directly from the owner of the business, learning everything you need to become confident and capable in pool servicing and maintenance.

Key responsibilities

• Pool cleaning and regular servicing
• Water testing and chemical balancing
• Pool equipment operation and basic troubleshooting
• Pumps, filters and chlorination systems
• Identifying common pool and equipment issues
• Providing great service and communicating with customers
• Managing your own pool service run as your experience grows

About you

• Reliable and punctual
• Willing to learn and take direction
• Friendly and comfortable dealing with customers
• Someone who enjoys practical, hands-on work
• Happy working outdoors
• Able to work independently once trained
• Looking for more than just a short-term job
• A current driver's licence is highly desirable
