Join a Growing Pool Construction Team

We're looking for a reliable, hands-on technician who takes pride in quality work and enjoys solving problems. This isn't a production-line job. You'll play an important role helping us finish projects, handle warranty items, complete repairs, and deliver an exceptional experience for our customers.

If you're the type of person who notices details others miss, enjoys working with your hands, and wants to be part of a team that values craftsmanship and accountability, we'd like to talk with you.

What You'll Do

• Complete final punch-list items on newly constructed pools
• Diagnose and perform warranty repairs
• Troubleshoot pool equipment, plumbing, and automation systems
• Perform minor masonry, tile, coping, decking, and finish repairs
• Assist with equipment startups and homeowner orientations
• Communicate professionally with homeowners and project managers
• Document completed work with photos and notes
• Help ensure every project is delivered to the highest standard

What We're Looking For

• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and make sound decisions in the field
• Experience with pools, construction, plumbing, electrical, landscaping, or a related trade is a plus
• Positive attitude and willingness to help wherever needed
• Dependable, punctual, and professional
• Comfortable interacting with customers
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• MUST speak and write in both English and Spanish

The Right Person Is...

• A fixer who enjoys finding solutions
• Someone who takes ownership of their work
• Detail-oriented and quality-focused
• Team-first and willing to jump in where needed
• Comfortable working outdoors year-round
• Looking for a long-term opportunity with room to grow

What We Offer

• Competitive pay based on experience
• Company vehicle
• Health benefits
• Paid training
• Growth opportunities within a growing company
• Consistent work year-round
• Supportive team environment
• The opportunity to make a visible impact on every project

Why This Role Matters

Our customers remember the last 5% of a project more than the first 95%. You'll be the person who ensures every pool is completed correctly, warranty issues are resolved professionally, and homeowners become lifelong advocates for our company.

If you take pride in quality work, enjoy solving problems, and want to be part of a company that values doing things right, we'd love to hear from you.

Apply today and tell us about your experience in construction, repairs, service work, or pool-related trades.
