Pay: $15 per completed pool service
Typical Route: 50–65 pools per week (potentially more)
Typical Weekly Earnings: $750–$1,000 based on completed services

Job Summary

KPS Pools is seeking a professional Pool Service Technician to service an established residential pool route, typically consisting of 60–75 pools per week.

This role focuses on providing reliable, high-quality pool cleaning and maintenance services while working independently in the field. KPS Pools provides the necessary chemicals, service equipment, and training to support your success.

This flexible opportunity allows you to manage your workday while earning based on completed services, with opportunities to take on additional pools as our customer base grows.

Responsibilities

• Perform weekly residential pool cleaning and maintenance
• Test and balance pool water chemistry
• Brush, skim, and empty baskets as needed
• Inspect pool equipment and report potential issues
• Accurately record completed services in our mobile app
• Provide professional and dependable customer service
• Complete customer services on their agreed service day

Qualifications

• Reliable personal vehicle (company vehicle not provided)
• Valid driver's license and current auto insurance
• Smartphone with data service
• Dependable, self-motivated, and able to work independently
• Ability to work outdoors year-round
• Pool service experience preferred but not required; training will be provided
• Interest in learning and developing skills within the pool service industryIndependent Contractor Position

This is a 1099 independent contractor opportunity. Contractors are responsible for their own taxes and use their own vehicle for travel between customer locations.

This opportunity does not restrict contractors from maintaining other employment or independent business activities, provided those activities do not interfere with their agreed service responsibilities with KPS Pools.

Company-provided chemicals, equipment, supplies, and customer information are for authorized KPS Pools services only.
