Overview

Sunny Water Pools is looking for dependable, hardworking Pool Service Technicians to join our growing team. We provide weekly residential pool service throughout Southwest Florida and take pride in delivering reliable, high-quality care for our customers.

As a Pool Service Technician, you'll service an established route of residential pools, keeping each pool clean, balanced, and operating properly. This is an independent, outdoor position that offers consistent work, a company vehicle, and the opportunity to be part of a locally owned family business.

Responsibilities

• Service an established weekly route of residential swimming pools
• Test and balance pool water using industry-standard procedures
• Add chlorine, acid, salt, stabilizer, and other chemicals as needed
• Skim pools, brush walls and steps, empty skimmer and pump baskets, and clean filters when required
• Inspect pool equipment during each visit and report any concerns
• Identify leaks, equipment issues, or safety concerns and communicate them to the office
• Maintain a clean, organized company vehicle and equipment
• Complete service reports and photos using our mobile app
• Provide friendly, professional customer service while respecting customers' homes and property
• Follow all safety procedures when handling pool chemicals and operating equipment

Qualifications

• Previous pool service experience is required
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds
• Comfortable working outdoors in Florida heat and weather year-round
• Dependable, self-motivated, and able to work independently
• Strong attention to detail and good time management skills
• Comfortable using a smartphone to complete service reports
• Excellent communication and customer service skills

Pay: $1,000.00 - $1,200.00 per week
