Help build a growing pool service business in North County San Diego.

Puddle Pools is seeking an experienced, dependable Pool Technician who takes pride in their work. This is a unique opportunity to work independently, and play a key role in scaling a local business backed by a national franchise.

Pay & Perks

• $24–$29/hour (based on experience)

Schedule

• Monday–Friday
• Typical start time: 6:00–8:00 AM
• Consistent weekly route
• Home daily

Responsibilities

• Perform weekly pool cleaning and maintenance
• Test and balance water chemistry
• Diagnose and repair pool equipment (pumps, filters, heaters)
• Communicate professionally with customers at each stop
• Use our proprietary CRM system to log service details, photos, and notes

Build your route and increase your income by:

• Identifying opportunities in neighborhoods you service
• Confidently introducing services to homeowners
• Building your own customer base and earning additional income for each new account

Qualifications

• 2+ years of professional pool service experience (required)
• Strong customer service skills and professional attitude
• Comfortable speaking with homeowners and representing the company
• Self-motivated, reliable, and accountable
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work outdoors daily

Preferred (Not Required)

• Equipment repair experience
• Door-to-door or sales experience
• Leak detection or pool inspections
• Commercial pool service experience
