Pool Service Technician

Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled worker to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional service and support to our clients, ensuring that all equipment and systems are functioning optimally. This role requires excellent problem-solving skills, and a commitment to customer satisfaction as well as the ability to run equipment and are familiar with hand tools.

Responsibilities

• Cleaning and service of pools and spas as well as their equipment.

• Learning how to perform routine maintenance and repairs on various equipment and systems.

• Learn how to diagnose issues and troubleshoot problems effectively to minimize downtime.

• learn how to Install new equipment and ensure proper functionality upon completion.
  -learn how to provide technical support and guidance to customers, addressing their concerns promptly.

• Maintain accurate records of service performed, parts used, and customer interactions.

• Collaborate with team members to improve service processes and enhance customer experience.

• Stay updated on industry trends, technologies, and best practices to provide top-notch service.

-Proficient at operating power tools and equipment.

Requirements

• Mechanical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot issues.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective customer interaction.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with various tools and diagnostic equipment relevant to the industry.
• A valid driver's license will be required for travel between job sites.

A company vehicle will be provided with all basic tooling
