Position Overview

We are looking for a dependable and motivated Pool Service Technician to join our team. This is a physically active, outdoor position that requires attention to detail, consistency, and strong work ethic.

This is not a “show up and coast” job — it’s for someone who takes pride in doing solid, honest work every day.

Responsibilities

• Service residential and/or commercial pools on a scheduled route
• Test and balance pool chemicals
• Clean pools (skimming, brushing, vacuuming)
• Inspect equipment and identify potential issues
• Maintain accurate service records
• Communicate professionally with customers when needed

What We’re Looking For

• Reliability is non-negotiable (show up on time, every day)
• Strong work ethic and ability to work independently
• Comfortable working outdoors in heat and varying weather conditions
• Physically able to lift 50+ lbs and perform manual labor daily
• Attention to detail — small things matter in this role
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Previous pool experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right person
