Responsibilities

• Conduct regular pool cleaning, including skimming, vacuuming, brushing walls, and maintaining water clarity.
• Perform routine inspections of pool equipment such as pumps, filters, heaters, and chlorination systems.
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical issues using hand tools and power tools to ensure equipment functions efficiently.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, chemical levels, and repairs performed.
• Assist with chemical balancing to ensure water safety and compliance with health standards.
• Respond promptly to service requests or issues related to pool operation or safety concerns.
• Follow safety procedures diligently during all maintenance tasks to prevent accidents or hazards.

Qualifications

• Mechanical knowledge with experience in equipment repair and troubleshooting.
• Prior experience as a service technician or in pool maintenance is highly preferred.
• Proficiency with hand tools and power tools necessary for repairs and routine tasks.
• Strong understanding of pool cleaning techniques and chemical balancing procedures.
• Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
• Excellent attention to detail combined with a proactive approach to maintenance and safety compliance.

Pay: $18.00 - $23.00 per hour

Expected hours: 5.0 – 12.0 per week
