Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Pool Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing pools and related equipment, ensuring optimal water quality and safety for our customers. Your hands-on mechanical skills, knowledge of pool chemistry, and customer service abilities will drive success in delivering top-tier pool care. Responsibilities

• Perform routine pool maintenance including cleaning, water chemistry balancing, and equipment inspection
• Troubleshoot and repair pool equipment such as pumps, filters, heaters, and plumbing systems using hand tools and power tools
• Handle water treatment chemicals safely, ensuring proper chemical agent handling and chemical balancing procedures
• Conduct inspections of pool plumbing systems and mechanical components to identify issues early
• Maintain detailed service records, reports, and logs for each job performed
• Operate company vehicles responsibly while adhering to safety protocols during client visits
• Provide excellent customer service by explaining maintenance procedures and addressing client questions professionally

Qualifications

• Proven experience with pool maintenance or aquatic facility operations preferred
• Strong mechanical knowledge related to pool equipment troubleshooting and repair
• Familiarity with water treatment chemical handling and pool chemistry balancing
• Knowledge of pool plumbing systems and equipment repair techniques
• Ability to operate hand tools, power tools, and outdoor equipment safely
• Excellent customer service skills with a professional attitude
• Prior experience working outdoors in various weather conditions is a plus
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record; ability to operate company vehicle responsibly

Pay: $17.00 - $24.00 per hour
