Pool Technician

Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Pool Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong mechanical knowledge and experience in pool maintenance, ensuring that our clients' pools are clean, safe, and functioning optimally. This role requires a proactive approach to service and repair, as well as the ability to work independently while delivering exceptional customer service.

Duties

• Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of residential and commercial pools.
• Inspect pool equipment for proper operation and identify any necessary repairs.
• Use hand tools and power tools effectively for equipment repair and maintenance tasks.
• Maintain accurate records of services performed and equipment status.
• Communicate with clients regarding pool conditions, maintenance schedules, and any required repairs.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards while working on-site.
• Troubleshoot issues related to pool systems, including pumps, filters, heaters, and chemical feeders.
• Be able to install Motors, Pool Pumps, Feeders, etc.
• Have adequate knowledge in Plumbing and Electricals.
• Proven work experience as a technician.
• Have ability to work outdoors in rain or heat.

Experience

• Proven experience in pool maintenance or as a service technician is preferred.
• Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to operate various tools and equipment.
• Familiarity with pool cleaning techniques and chemical balancing is essential.
• Experience in equipment repair is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively while adhering to schedules.
• Excellent communication skills for interacting with clients and team members.

Pay: From $1,200.00 per week
