Pool Technician

Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and reliable Pool Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining, cleaning, and repairing swimming pools to ensure safety, cleanliness, and optimal operation. This role requires a strong understanding of pool systems, mechanical knowledge, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. The Pool Technician will play a vital role in providing exceptional service to our clients by ensuring their pools are properly maintained and functioning efficiently.

Duties

• Perform routine pool maintenance including cleaning filters, skimming debris, and balancing water chemistry
• Inspect and troubleshoot pool equipment such as pumps, filters, heaters, and chlorinators
• Repair or replace faulty pool equipment using hand tools and power tools
• Conduct preventive maintenance to extend the lifespan of pool systems
• Use mechanical skills to diagnose issues and perform necessary repairs on pool components
• Maintain detailed records of service visits, repairs, and maintenance performed
• Ensure all work areas are clean, safe, and compliant with both industry & Trident standards
• Provide excellent customer service by explaining work performed and recommending ongoing maintenance

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver's license as you will be driving a company vehicle
• Proven experience as a service technician or in pool maintenance preferred
• Mechanical knowledge with the ability to repair and troubleshoot equipment
• Familiarity with pool cleaning procedures and water chemistry management
• Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools for repairs and maintenance
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Excellent communication skills and a professional attitude

Pay: $3,466.68 - $3,780.68 per month
