We're looking for a reliable Pool Service Technician to run a residential route in Miami-Dade. We pay above the local average, plan routes tightly so you're not driving all over, and treat our techs like professionals. This role has a real path forward: our Lead Technicians come from our technician team.

Key Responsibilities

• Route service: Service and clean a full residential route, typically 60–75 pools per week, to Halloway's quality standards.
• Water chemistry: Test and balance water chemistry and keep pools clean, clear, and safe.
• Equipment checks: Inspect pumps, filters, heaters, and salt systems, and flag or troubleshoot basic issues.
• Customer care: Communicate clearly and professionally with homeowners, and escalate issues to your Lead Technician when needed.
• Service records: Log every visit, photo, and reading in Skimmer, our pool management app.
• Truck & supplies: Keep your truck stocked, organized, and ready each day.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of pool service experience preferred. We'll train the right person with a strong work ethic.
• Reliable, detail-oriented, and proud of doing the job right.
• Comfortable using a mobile app for routes and service logs.
• Spanish and/or English; bilingual a plus.
• Valid Florida driver's license and clean driving record.
• CPO certification a plus. We'll pay for you to get certified.

Compensation & Benefits

• Base pay: $700-1,000 per week
• Performance bonus: Quarterly, up to $750, based on customer retention and service quality on your route
• Certification: Company-paid CPO certification
• Vehicle: Vehicle allowance available

Schedule

• Monday–Friday (occasional weekends as needed)
• 7:00 am–3:30 pm typical field schedule
