Pool Technician

DFW Area | Full-Time | Competitive Pay Based on Experience

Reeder Outdoor Living & Pools is seeking a reliable, motivated Pool Service & Repair Technician to join our growing team serving residential and commercial clients throughout the Dallas-Fort Worth area.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and troubleshoot pool equipment issues
• Repair and replace pumps, filters, heaters, automation systems, and other pool equipment
• Complete plumbing repairs and leak repairs
• Perform tile repair and replacement
• Conduct routine pool cleanings and maintenance
• Inspect pool systems and make repair recommendations
• Maintain service records and communicate with customers professionally
• Ensure jobs are completed safely and efficiently

Qualifications

• Experience in pool service, repair, or related trades preferred
• , circulation systems, and equipment
• Ability to equipment problems and recommend solutions
• Experience with tile work is a plus
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work outdoors in Texas weather
• Self-motivated and able to work independently
