Pool Technician

About the role

IMMEDIATE START - Based from our warehouse in North Lakes, you will service and maintain residential and commercial pools throughout North Brisbane.

Key responsibilities

• Pool servicing and water testing
• Chemical balancing and treatment
• Equipment inspections and troubleshooting
• Pump, filter, chlorinator and automation maintenance
• Basic equipment repairs and fault finding
• Maintaining service records and reports
• Delivering exceptional customer service

About you

• Previous experience as a Pool Technician (essential)
• Strong knowledge of pool chemistry and pool equipment
• Excellent problem-solving and diagnostic skills
• A current Australian Driver's Licence (Manual)
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• The ability to work independently and manage your daily schedule
• A positive attitude and strong attention to detail
• Experience with equipment installations and repairs (highly regarded)
• Pool industry qualifications or certifications (highly regarded)
• Experience servicing both residential and commercial pools (highly regarded)
