Pools Sales Representative

The Opportunity

Miromar Pools is one of Southwest Florida’s fastest-growing luxury pool design and construction companies. We’re not selling widgets — we’re turning backyard dreams into showpieces. Our clients are discerning homeowners who invest in quality, and our portfolio speaks for itself.

We’re looking for a seasoned closer who knows how to build trust, craft compelling proposals, and drive deals to completion with minimal hand-holding.

What You’ll Own

● Manage your full pipeline — from prospecting and lead follow-up through signed contracts.

● Conduct in-home consultations with high-net-worth homeowners and present custom pool designs and proposals.

● Collaborate with our design and construction teams to ensure every proposal is accurate and buildable.

● Own the client relationship from first handshake through project completion — referrals are your reward.

● Hit and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets as we continue rapid growth across Southwest Florida.

What We’re Looking For

● Proven closer — 3+ years in sales, ideally in luxury home improvement, outdoor living, or construction.

● Self-sufficient — you manage your own leads, time, and pipeline without needing a babysitter.

● Consultative communicator — you listen first, then present tailored solutions that resonate.

● Pool or construction knowledge is a plus, but a strong sales instinct matters more.

● Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (Naples area travel required).
