Swim with Style is a growing swim school delivering high-quality, child-focused swimming lessons across Bournemouth.

We are looking for an experienced and reliable Poolside Coordinator to support lesson delivery and help maintain excellent standards poolside.

This role is ideal for an experienced swimming teacher looking to expand into a coordination or leadership position within a supportive and professional swim school environment.

Role Overview

The Poolside Coordinator plays a key role in ensuring lessons run safely, efficiently, and professionally while supporting swimmers, teachers, and families.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinating swimming lessons poolside
• Supporting swim teachers during sessions
• Managing registers and lesson attendance
• Welcoming swimmers and parents
• Acting as the first point of contact for families
• Maintaining strong poolside organisation and safety standards
• Ensuring a calm, professional learning environment

Essential Requirements

• Level 2 Swimming Teacher Qualification or BPS (preferred)
• Safeguarding Certificate
• Pool Safety Award or NPLQ
• Previous experience working within a swim school environment (preferred)
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• Reliable, professional, and confident working independently
