POP Stockroom Custodian

Job Summary
Responsible for the proper storage, handling, issuance, and inventory management of Point-of-Purchase (POP) materials, promotional items, and supplies. Ensures stock accuracy, timely fulfillment of requests, and efficient stockroom operations in accordance with company standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, verify, and properly store POP materials, promotional items, and supplies.
• Prepare, pick, pack, and issue materials based on approved requests and distribution schedules.
• Maintain proper stockroom organization, housekeeping, and inventory accuracy.
• Ensure appropriate handling and storage of materials to prevent damage, loss, or deterioration.
• Monitor stock availability and coordinate inventory updates with the Inventory Analyst.
• Maintain accurate stock records and support regular inventory counts and reconciliation.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, 5S practices, and stockroom procedures.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience in warehouse, stockroom, inventory management, or related operations is preferred.
• Knowledge of inventory control, 5S, safety practices, and WMS/ERP systems is an advantage.
• Strong organizational and attention-to-detail skills.
• Good coordination and communication skills.
• Demonstrates reliability, accountability, and commitment to maintaining accurate inventory records.
• Willing to learn and adapt to established stockroom processes and procedures.
