Join CBRE's Retail team and drive mall leasing, activations and alternative income opportunities across three shopping centres - Canberra Centre, Eastland & Epping.

Working closely with the Sales Manager, Centre Management, Marketing and Leasing teams, you'll source and assist securing pop-up retailers, media campaigns, kiosks and activation partners that enhance the customer experience while delivering revenue growth. This role combines relationship management and retail property exposure, making it ideal for someone who enjoys commercial outcomes and seeing their deals come to life.

What You'll Do

Assist to source, negotiate and manage pop-up retailers, activations, media, kiosk and vending opportunities.

Build strong relationships with retailers, brands, agencies and activation partners.

Collaborate with Marketing, Leasing, Property Management and Operations teams to deliver successful campaigns.

Maintain leasing documentation, reporting and retailer databases.

Contribute to leasing targets, revenue growth and customer experience initiatives

About You

Prior administration, retail, property or associated industry experience highly regarded

Demonstrated accuracy managing documentation, reporting and data

Competent across the Microsoft Office Suite

Strong time management, organisation and prioritisation skills

Self-motivated, commercially focused and confident working autonomously while contributing to a team environment
