What they need
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Responsible for daily ship management of vessels.
- Ensure timely and sufficient support to vessels on all operational and technical matters at all times.
- Conduct performance of the vessels under responsibility and for arranging corrective actions to be carried out when necessary.
- Make sure that all engine officers perform their task in full alignment with the company's objective
- Other functions assigned by the Operation Manager and Top Management.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Master's or Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, maritime engineering, or related field.
Experience in the maritime infrastructure development projects.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and regulations.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
