Port Engineer

• Conduct regular inspections of port facilities and vessels to ensure compliance with safety and operational standards.
• Develop and implement maintenance schedules for equipment and machinery to minimize downtime and enhance operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with ship crews and port management to troubleshoot technical issues and provide timely solutions.
• Oversee the installation and testing of new equipment, ensuring adherence to industry regulations and standards.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Marine Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field is essential.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in port operations or marine engineering, with a strong focus on maintenance.
• Certifications such as Marine Engineering Officer (MEO) or similar are highly desirable.
• Experience in managing maintenance budgets and project management is preferred.
