Job Brief As a Port Operations Manager, you will lead the end-to-end execution of our fleet deployments, vessel tracking, and dockside coordination. Your primary focus will be optimizing vessel turnaround schedules, managing marine engineering maintenance compliance, overseeing crew readiness, and coordinating directly with port authorities. You will serve as the crucial operational lead bridging corporate charter bookings with field maritime execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Vessel and Route Management: Coordinate daily deployment matrices for our charter fleet, ensuring all yachts leave the marina on time and follow pre-approved navigation tracks.
• Crew and Staff Supervision: Oversee team rosters, training milestones, and performance reviews for onboard captains, marine technicians, and hospitality service crews.
• Maintenance and Compliance: Manage regular vessel servicing plans, engineering repairs, and slipway schedules to guarantee full compliance with the Maritime and Port Authority of Singapore (MPA).
• Safety and Risk Management: Enforce strict safety management protocols across all maritime assets, ensuring safety gear, fuel monitoring profiles, and emergency logs are continuously updated.
• Stakeholder and Port Coordination: Act as the primary point of contact for marina management, fuel suppliers, local maritime vendors, and port security authorities to streamline operations.

Requirements and Qualifications

• Education: Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Maritime Studies, Marine Engineering, Port Management, Logistics, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum 3–5 years of operational management experience within port operations, yacht management, cruise logistics, or the commercial maritime sector.
• Technical Skills: Sound understanding of basic marine mechanical systems, vessel stability rules, and familiarity with maritime software trackers or data tools.
• Core Competencies: High structural thinking capabilities, a strong problem-solving mindset under tight departure deadlines, and an absolute commitment to marine safety.
• Communication: Exceptional professional verbal and written communication skills to direct international vessel captains, chat with high-net-worth clients, and file authority logs.

Pay: $5,500.00 - $7,500.00 per month
