Shift Hours: min 8 Hours - Hours may vary subject to demands

Shift Pattern: Monday – Friday, plus weekends when required.
Start Date: Flexible

About the Role:
We are looking for motivated and reliable individuals to join our operational team as Port Operatives. This position is crucial to the smooth operation of port activities during the working day. As a Port Operative, you will be responsible for overseeing the safe and efficient handling of cargo, equipment, and vessels.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate port equipment and machinery safely and efficiently.
• Assist in the loading and unloading of cargo.
• Ensure compliance with safety and operational standards.
• Report any issues or incidents to the shift supervisor.

Who We’re Looking For:

• Strong understanding of port operations and safety protocols.
• Experience of operating heavy machinery and port equipment.
• Experience of loading and unloading trailers
• Ability to work independently and manage tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Reliable and punctual.
