Description

You'll work closely with the maintenance and service team to:

• Maintain cleanliness of common areas, hallways, lobbies, stairwells, elevators, and amenity spaces throughout the day
• Perform daily groundskeeping duties, including sweeping, pressure washing, litter and debris removal, and upkeep of outdoor courtyards and landscaping
• Empty trash and recycling receptacles in common areas and coordinate timely removal of bulk trash
• Conduct routine property walks to identify and report maintenance issues, safety hazards, or cleanliness concerns
• Assist the maintenance team with move-in/move-out turns, light repairs, and general upkeep as needed
• Monitor and restock supplies in common areas (paper products, cleaning supplies, etc.)
• Help maintain curb appeal, including entryways, signage areas, and building exteriors
• Communicate clearly with the onsite team to report issues, delays, or safety concerns

What we're looking for:

• Prior experience in janitorial, porter, groundskeeping, or general labor roles preferred
• Comfortable working outdoors and performing physical tasks throughout the day
• Positive, customer-first attitude with strong attention to detail
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently with minimal supervision
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs, work on ladders, and be on your feet for extended periods
• Willingness to work a consistent schedule, including occasional weekends

Salary

$22 - $24 per hour
