Porter

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Porter located in Lagos State, Nigeria. The Porter will assist guests with luggage handling, ensure public areas are clean and organized, and provide general support to maintain hotel operations. Responsibilities include welcoming guests at the entrance, transporting luggage safely, directing guests within the premises and acting as a liaison between guests and hotel departments to provide excellent service. The role may also involve assisting with basic maintenance tasks and ensuring compliance with safety standards.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with guests and team members
• Experience or willingness to engage in Training or Education relevant to hospitality
• Physical ability to lift and transport luggage, with attention to safety
• Basic organizational and problem-solving skills to maintain smooth operations
• Previous hospitality experience is an advantage

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₦60,000.00 - ₦75,000.00 per month
