Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Porter to join our team. The Porter will play a vital role in maintaining the cleanliness, safety, and overall appearance of our property. This position involves a variety of tasks aimed at ensuring a welcoming and well-maintained environment for residents and visitors alike. The ideal candidate is reliable, proactive, and capable of performing light maintenance duties while providing excellent service.

Duties

• Perform regular upkeep of the dog park and dog stations to ensure cleanliness and safety for pets and owners.
• Clean the exterior of the property, including walkways, common areas, and outdoor amenities.
• Maintain cleanliness of pools and pool areas, ensuring they are tidy, safe, and inviting.
• Clean all amenities such as the fitness center, clubhouse, and other communal spaces to uphold high standards of hygiene.
• Conduct light maintenance work as needed to support the property's upkeep.
• Assist with trash removal from apartments and common areas to maintain a neat environment.
• Support overall property maintenance efforts by addressing minor repairs or issues as they arise.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in custodial or maintenance roles is preferred but not required; training will be provided.
• Ability to perform physical tasks including cleaning, lifting, and light maintenance work.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness and safety standards.
• Good communication skills and a positive attitude.
• Reliable with a strong work ethic and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Ability to handle multiple responsibilities efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
