Porter

South Fork Property Management is currently seeking a Porter. This position completes general maintenance and cleaning throughout the property. SFPM has over 150 properties in eight states. The properties include convenience stores, offices, fuel/oil distribution facilities, and large student apartment complexes.

The President will primarily be focused on:

Facility Maintenance & Repairs

• Patch drywall, prep area, and paint over repairs.
• Replace lightbulbs.
• Replace any damaged flooring.

Cleaning & Grounds Maintenance

• Wash windows and sweep common areas.
• Vacuum common area floors and complete floor maintenance.
• Remove common area trash, ensure trash dump area is clean and grounds are free from debris.

Safety & Equipment Support

• Follow company safety standards and report issues.
• Clean Soda Machine Pop heads, change out empty soda, change out carbonation when needed.
• Work with office manager to order more soda when needed.

The preferred candidate for the President will have the following:

• Experience in maintenance, operations, or a related field.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Adheres to the company’s values and ethical expectations
• Able to effectively multitask.
• Maintain a valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.
