KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assist with carrying and moving luggage, parcels, goods, equipment, and other materials as required.
• Welcome and assist guests, customers, and visitors, providing courteous and professional service.
• Assist with loading and unloading deliveries, supplies, and other materials.
• Keep assigned areas, entrances, corridors, and storage spaces clean, tidy, and organized where required.
• Deliver and distribute documents, packages, supplies, and other items to the appropriate departments or locations.
• Ensure items are handled safely and report suspicious activities, damaged property, or safety hazards to the supervisor.
• Operate trolleys and other handling equipment properly when moving heavy or bulky items.
• Assist other departments with routine duties and tasks as assigned by management.
• Report lost items, damaged goods, maintenance issues, and other incidents to the appropriate supervisor.
• Maintain punctuality, discipline, honesty, and a helpful attitude when dealing with colleagues, customers, and visitors.
