Partners across functions and project teams to drive results, overseeing schedules, budgets, risks, and business outcomes. Establishes governance standards and project management practices that enable consistent execution, effective decision-making, and alignment with organizational priorities.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead a portfolio of strategic initiatives that support business growth, operational excellence, and long-term organizational objectives.
• Drive portfolio prioritization, governance, and execution, ensuring alignment with business priorities and effective resource utilization.
• Oversee the successful delivery of complex cross-functional programs, managing scope, timelines, budgets, risks, and expected outcomes.
• Partner with senior leaders and key stakeholders to align priorities, support decision-making, and remove barriers to execution.
• Establish performance metrics and reporting mechanisms that provide visibility into portfolio health, progress, and business impact.
• Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement across project teams and functions.

What You´ll Bring

• Bachelor degree: Industrial, Process Engineering, Chemical, Mechatronics, Electrical, Mechanical.
• Long experience leading complex projects, programs, or strategic business initiatives.
• Strong background in portfolio management, governance and business transformation initiatives.
• Ability to manage budgets, timelines, risks and business outcomes.
• Excellent communication, influence, and executive stakeholder management skills.
• Advance Englis proficiency.
