The Portfolio Associate will support the development of regional and country-specific portfolio strategies across EME, helping increase the value of the new product pipeline by identifying and evaluating high-value short- and medium-term opportunities.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor s degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences or a related field.
1 2 years of experience in pharmaceutical business development, marketing, medical affairs, pharmaceutical affairs or management consulting.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook.
Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical markets, therapeutic categories and marketing principles.
Business analysis and financial evaluation skills.
Ability to conduct market research, analyse information and prepare business cases.
Strong communication, presentation and active-listening skills.
Effective networking and stakeholder-management abilities.
Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail and information-seeking skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively within cross-functional teams.
Results-driven, accountable and able to act with integrity.
