Portfolio Coordinator

• 6-12 month contract with a view to extent| Based in Sutherland Shire
• Experience in Project Governance, Reporting & Controls
• Hyrid role | AU citizen is a must

Our client is looking for a Portfolio Coordinator who will support the delivery and governance of large, multi‑project portfolios within a structured PMO environment.

The role ensures clear reporting, disciplined controls, and effective coordination across technical, business, and operational stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supports the individual Project Portfolios with the following areas

• Governance and Assurance within the ANSTO project management methodology

• Project delivery support expertise

• Supporting Systems guidance with the current set of the Project Management tools

• Takes a collaborative approach with key stakeholders : Procurement, legal, Health and safety

Key Skills Required:

• Experience in Project Governance, Assurance Reporting & Controls
• Significant Experience with projects and portfolio management
• Experience in an Enterprise Project Management Office
• Significant experience in stakeholder management
• Significant experience in customer focused outcomes
• Technical skills in Microsoft Products, particularly MS Excel
• Exposure to SAP, especially SAP PPM and PS
